After a purchase, we can provide one month of free support for setting up a Hikvision or Dahua IP camera. If you need help again after this month, you can make use of this service. We can start a teamviewer/Anydesk session on working days between 09:30 and 16:00.

Would you like us to check the firmware version? That's possible too! We will immediately install the most recent firmware version on your camera!

Note: Only to be used if you have purchased an IP camera from us.
