Return application
Before you send a product back, for whatever reason, you must first request a return number. You can do this by using the return form, click here to go to the return form.
After submitting the return form you will receive a return number via email from our automated RMA system. After receiving the RMA number you can send back the product(s), stating the RMA number and a clear description of the complaint.
You can now return the product(s) within 14 days after the order date, mentioning the return number.
If you wish for us to credit the product(s), we will always do this via our ING account and within 14 working days after receipt of the product(s).
Please note that returning products is at your own expense.
Warranty Policy
- Jaggs Alarm warrants that the goods sold and delivered upon delivery meet the reasonable requirements for use of those goods. The buyer is obliged to examine whether Jaggs Alarm has fulfilled the agreement properly as soon as possible after delivery of the ordered goods and is furthermore obliged to inform Jaggs Alarm of any defects found immediately but no later than five (5) days after delivery. If the buyer fails to do so, Jaggs Alarm is deemed to have fully complied with its obligations under the agreement concluded between the parties.
- If the manufacturer provides warranty conditions for purchased and/or delivered goods, Jaggs Alarm will notify the buyer at the time of delivery, after which these conditions will form part of the agreement of sale and delivery between the buyer and Jaggs Alarm. The warranty period is 1 year, only upon presentation of the invoice.
- Jaggs Alarm guarantees that craftsmanship on behalf of the buyer is carried out by competent personnel.
- Jaggs Alarm evaluates the complaints and determines how complaints are handled. If Jaggs Alarm decides that the complaint is justified, Jaggs Alarm will act in accordance with any factory and/or wholesale guarantee:
- Without prejudice to the provisions in this article, there is no question of guarantee if the wear and tear on the goods can be considered normal and further in the following cases:
- If changes have been made to the goods, including repairs which have not been made with the permission of Jaggs Alarm or the manufacturer;
- if defects to the goods are the result of improper or incompetent use and or not professionally installed by a competent person;
- if damage to the goods is the result of intent, gross negligence or omission on the part of the Purchaser;
- exposure to moisture, extreme heat or sunlight or extreme cold.
