New VPro Recorder with AcuSeek
With Hikvision AcuSeek, you can search recorded camera footage using an English text description. Instead of manually reviewing hours of video footage, you can easily search for, say, a person wearing specific clothing or a vehicle with certain characteristics.
When used with compatible Hikvision AcuSense cameras and a properly activated AcuSearch function, the recorder supports AcuSeek on up to sixteen channels. The system can process up to 50,000 targets per day.
Quickly Find People and Vehicles with AcuSearch
With AcuSearch, you can easily select a person or vehicle in a recording. The recorder then automatically searches for similar people or vehicles in other camera footage.
This allows incidents to be located within seconds without having to manually search through all recordings. This is ideal for stores, logistics centers, industrial parks, parking lots, and other locations where large amounts of camera footage are stored daily.
AcuSense Reduces False Alarms
The built-in AcuSense technology distinguishes people and vehicles from irrelevant movements such as leaves, rain, shadows, or animals. As a result, you receive significantly fewer false alarms and can respond more quickly to events that are actually important.
In addition, the recorder supports features such as Motion Detection 2.0, intelligent perimeter security, face detection, face comparison, and face search. When paired with compatible Hikvision cameras, features such as ANPR license plate recognition and advanced video analytics are also available.
Sixteen built-in PoE ports
The DS-7716NXI-K4/16P/VPro features sixteen integrated PoE ports. Both power and video signals are transmitted to the camera via a single network cable. As a result, separate power supplies or an external PoE switch are not necessary for most installations.
The recorder supports IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at and has a total PoE power output of 200 watts. Connected Hikvision cameras can be automatically detected and configured.
Support for up to 32 megapixels
This recorder supports IP cameras with resolutions up to 32 megapixels and is compatible with 4MP, 8MP, 12MP, 16MP, and 32MP cameras, among others.
The maximum incoming bandwidth is 256 Mbps, while the outgoing bandwidth is 200 Mbps. This makes the recorder ideal for larger installations with high resolutions.
Images can be displayed in 4K Ultra HD via the HDMI output. The HDMI and VGA outputs operate independently of each other.
Four hard drives with up to 64 TB of storage
The Hikvision DS-7716NXI-K4/16P/VPro features four SATA ports that can accommodate surveillance hard drives of up to 16 TB each. This provides a maximum internal storage capacity of 64 TB.
Thanks to this large storage capacity, the recorder is particularly well-suited for installations with many cameras or long retention periods.
