New VPro Recorder with AcuSeek
With Hikvision AcuSeek, you can search through recorded camera footage using an English text description. Instead of manually reviewing long recordings, you can, for example, search for a person wearing specific clothing or a vehicle with certain characteristics.
When used with compatible Hikvision AcuSense cameras and a properly activated AcuSearch function, the recorder supports AcuSeek on up to sixteen channels. The system can process up to 50,000 targets per day.
Quickly Find People and Vehicles with AcuSearch
AcuSearch allows you to select a person or vehicle in a recording. The recorder then automatically searches for similar targets in other recordings. This enables relevant events to be retrieved within seconds.
This feature is particularly valuable for stores, business parks, parking lots, and other locations where large amounts of camera footage are regularly recorded.
AcuSense reduces false alarms
The built-in AcuSense technology can distinguish people and vehicles from less significant movements, such as animals, leaves, rain, or changing lighting conditions. This reduces the number of false alarms and allows you to respond more quickly to events that actually require attention.
The recorder supports features including Motion Detection 2.0, intelligent perimeter security, facial recognition, facial comparison, and facial image search. With compatible cameras, features such as ANPR license plate recognition and additional VCA video analytics are also available.
Sixteen built-in PoE ports
The DS-7616NXI-K2/16P/VPro features sixteen independent PoE ports. Both the video signal and power are transmitted to the camera via a single UTP network cable. As a result, a separate power supply or external PoE switch is usually not required for a standard installation.
The recorder can automatically detect and configure connected Hikvision cameras. The PoE ports support IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at and have a combined maximum PoE power of 200 watts.
Support for up to 12 megapixels
The recorder supports recording resolutions up to 12 megapixels and can be used with 4MP, 6MP, 8MP, and 12MP cameras, among others. The maximum incoming and outgoing bandwidths are both 160 Mbps.
Via the HDMI output, images up to 4K Ultra HD can be displayed on a compatible monitor or television. The HDMI and VGA outputs can be used independently of each other.
Two hard drives with up to 32 TB of storage
The Hikvision DS-7616NXI-K2/16P/VPro features two SATA ports. Each port can accommodate a surveillance hard drive with a capacity of up to 16 TB. This brings the maximum internal storage capacity to 32 TB.
The actual retention period depends on the number of cameras, the selected resolution, bitrate, frame rate, compression, and recording settings.
Efficient H.265+ Video Compression
Thanks to support for H.265+, camera footage is stored efficiently and uses less network bandwidth. The recorder supports the video formats H.265+, H.265, H.264+, and H.264.
Face Recognition and Smart Image Analysis
The recorder supports face detection, face comparison, and searching through stored face images. Up to 16 face libraries can be created, with a combined total of up to 50,000 face images.
