When will I receive my tracking link?
As soon as your order has shipped. The link then appears on this page and you also receive it by email. Please also check your spam folder.
Where can I find my order number?
In the order confirmation you received by email after ordering. If you have an account, you can also find all your orders under My orders.
My order still says “Processing”. What does that mean?
We are processing your order and preparing it for shipment. Once it has shipped, the status changes and the tracking link appears here.
My parcel has not been delivered yet. What now?
First check the current status with the carrier using the “Track your parcel” button. If something is wrong, contact us and we will look into it right away.
